Where does the coffee come from?
Originating in the magical mountains of Antioquia, our beans have a unique origin. In Galante, the special selection of our allied farms is fundamental. Each fruit is hand-picked, thus capturing the most exquisite essence of the coffee trees to create an authentic premium coffee.
The adventure continues with a meticulous process: the meticulous separation of the pulp from the fruit and a sun-drying process that demands dedication and effort, as the coffee in its parchment state requires constant movement during thedrying process in order to achieve a uniform evaporation of the humidity and reach the desired level.
We are passionate about each phase of this journey. Once the Galante parchment coffee is ready, we move on to threshing and our special laboratory. Here, our expert tasters go into action, subjecting the coffee to cup and profile tests to identify the optimum roasting curve. The result is a Colombian coffee with a smooth profile, designed to conquer the humanoid taste buds with elegance, authenticity, and a touch of seduction.

The price of our coffee is negotiated above the national average and we are currently working on various projects of differentiation and experimentation with the producers, from fermentation, natural drying or Honey to offer coffees rich in flavors and experiences in the near future, giving them the handling and care that Colombian coffee, considered as the best coffee in the world, deserves.

Galante roasted coffee is a versatile coffee. You can elaborate it with your favorite extraction method, whether it be in a French press, chemex or traditional American coffee maker. You will notice that the aroma of Galante is incredible, its flavor shines for its delicacy and complexity of notes.
You can drink it on its own, in a cappuccino, a latte with almond milk or a carajillo with rum or whiskey. It all depends on you, your taste and your moment.
